1. the cycloidal pin wheel accelerator is adopted, and the input torque is large, the efficiency is high, the volume is small, the weight is light, the power output is stable, the transmission is bumpy, and the bearing capacity is further improved.
2. the pitch technology is used to improve the conveying capacity of the screw auger conveyor. The screw auger conveyor output section uses a smaller spacing. The spacing between the two joints is increased to 10-20 mm, and the spacing of the input portions is further increased by 10-20 mm. As the pitch becomes larger, the filling amount of the output portion powder increases, the two-part portion and the input portion become larger, and the filling amount increases, which can be used to avoid a small amount of reflux or clogging phenomenon in which the powder is conveyed.
3. the screw auger conveyor generally adopts a tilt-up conveying mode, and the front bearing importantly completes the anti-looseness of the screw shaft. The front bearing is provided with a thrust bearing that is pressed and loosened by a double nut and a single retaining washer. To enhance the anti-loosening effect, fix the screws on both sides of the front nut.
